Reason for interest: The subject, known colloquially as DREADMAN, is described according to the Foundation's database, as a subject of interest, due to the possession of valuable information on different anomalies, as well as encrypted and vital information about the events that occurred on ██/██/████.
These events tentatively led to a Restructuring Scenario, giving rise to an alternate dimensional line, the existence of which is directly derived from a catastrophic failure in Procedure 220-Calabassas.
For greater ease in terms of identification of events and events, the research project of this alternate dimensional line has been designated under the codename: Outbreak

Nelliel, or "Nelly", was raised by Director Getsemani from an early age, when she was recovered from an MTF operation against a Chaos Insurgency outpost.

Since then, Nelly's abnormal abilities have been manifesting, she can enter a state of intense euphoria that amplifies her abilities and senses as long as she loses a certain amount of blood. Because this ability is a double-edged sword, she always carries a transfusion unit with her to avoid dying of a blood decompensation.

It is theorized that his abnormal abilities may be due to experiments by the Chaos Insurgency itself.
