Incident Log-4/3/133-1: On Date-██/██/20██, a group of Foundation personnel stumbled upon a collection of unusual documents hidden away in Dr. Avenlee's old office at site-75. The documents were strange drawings, each one containing a detailed depiction of a paranormal entity or object.

At first, the personnel thought that the drawings were simply artistic creations, but upon closer examination, they realized that the images were more than just artistic renderings. The depicted objects and entites began to ████████ ██████████ ██████████████████ █████████████████████ ████████████████ ███████████████.

The artworks were scanned and their softcopies, which did not exhibit the anomalous properties, were meticulously archived for further analysis and reference. Nevertheless, due to the inherent anomalous nature of the original physical documents, they were subjected to controlled destruction protocols in accordance with Foundation regulations to prevent any unintended consequences or risks associated with their possession. Consequently, this page serves as a repository for all the archived draw-cuments, providing a record of these enigmatic and potentially significant findings for future research and containment purposes.
