In End of Death it's significantly better than the default.
An up-and-coming Neo-Sarkic empire trying to entice potential noble immigrants and extradimensional tourists would need a fancy restaurant — one which lived up to the demanding and unusual tastes of their clientele. And Ambrose would be up to the challenge.
