SCP-1530 was deleted after its author admitted that it was a troll article in #site19 chat.

EDIT: My bad. My misunderstanding. On the other hand, given that the article was one of the worst things I'd seen in a long time, I don't think I'm going to miss it.

My apologies for what happened here, but the deletion will stand as an Admin Fiat deletion. In my opinion it was an obvious troll article and the discussion was rapidly heading downhill.
