Boogey_Man23 and I had thought of an idea about an MTF which utilizes psychic personnel. Their function, however, is only focused in apprehending, abducting and arresting Persons of Interests that were either deemed dangerous or useful by the Foundation. Some of them were non-psychic while few were capable of mind reading, healing, telepathy, etc. They were a unified combat unit though. Are we missing something?

Mission Statement: Mobile Task Force Omega-20 ("Thought Police") will be deployed for the purposes of initiating detainment and/or interrogation measures against any parties deemed 'Persons Of Interest' in relation to the Foundation's affairs.

To elaborate a bit further, this group is essentially made for the purposes of apprehending POIs. Our plan is to introduce them with a tale - something kinda action-based and showcasing the methods they have and use for doing their job; both by force and through finesse.

So please, any thoughts or comments on the core idea, or maybe advice / things to bear in mind in the attempt to execute would be appreciated.

Rather than creating an MTF whole-cloth, you may be interested in Mobile Task Force Lambda-9 (“Mind Over Matter”), a Task Force composed of psychic personnel and a part of the Foundation Psionics Division. Their specialties vary from telepathy to anomalous surveillance to possessing other entities. To date, they have appeared in SCP-2664, SCP-1730, and the tale Autoerotic Assassination.

Oh hey, thanks for those suggestions! This Psionics Division stuff should be very helpful for ideas on writing this material - good to know there's some precedent for the Foundation using such personnel set in existing articles.
