Hanged King is the only good thing on the Heritage list
Can't argue here, each to their own.
the heritage list should be archived as it gives a bad impression of the site
Agreed.
GAW is the worst GOI on the entire site
Disagree, but not that unpopular an opinion.
the Horizion Initiative should be used more
Couldn't say.
Telling everyone that there is no canon every fifteen seconds is bad
It's too late for that now. If we didn't, you'd end up with nobody writing because nobody knows what's considered acceptable any more, because the site has grown beyond the idea of old standards ruling the new.
SCP-2747 is overrated and honestly not that good
To each their own.
The department of abnormalities will go nowhere and will be forgotten about by next year
I'm remembering it, and so are some other people I know. This isn't an opinion, it's a prediction, and a bad prediction at that.
Series 3 is the best series
Series 4 was a let down
Disagree, both were incredibly good.
Third Law, Broken Masquerade, Twisted Pines and S&C Plastics are overrated
Third Law I haven't read much of, but that I have is amazing. BM and TP I only know of in passing. S&C Plastics is maybe the best example of near-self-contained characterisation and worldbuilding we have on the site.
Coldest War is best canon
Haven't read it.
309-J is an insult to all writers on this site and is unfunny
I don't find it insulting, so this is objectively incorrect.
Threat Levels should be universal
I like 'em, but they sometimes look out-of-place and don't always fit the circumstances.
Cute skips like 999 and Palanez Proposal are awful
Disagree. Disagree so strongly that you could use my white-hot disagreement to forge the iron of the gods into a blade of furious opinion to smite all unbelievers across the four corners of the earth.
Insect Hell Project Palisade should have won doomcon
No it shouldn't, because that's not how voting works.
Younger writers should stop getting pressure forced on to them
How are they pressured? I haven't heard this before? As a younger writer, I haven't seen this before, and I'm not sure exactly what kind of pressure you're talking about. I posted my first SCP eight days after my 16th birthday and I never felt pressured to write during the six months of revision leading up to it.
Almost all "adult" tales aren't good
Couldn't say.
