Man our canon is so disorganized.
I resent that, we are TOTALLY organized, and we were TOTALLY prepared, and we TOTALLY know what we are doing.
We might be a tad disorganized
Well we're all writing stories set in different eras from different perspectives while obfuscating what exactly connects them.
Oh, I think it's fairly clear. It's The Word versus The Unknown, order vs chaos, knowledge vs ignorance.
Giving bearhugs to the unsuspecting since 1872.
Oh, I thought it was fear and chaos, never assumed as 'unknown'…
… guess it worked on me?
I… don't really get it. Sorry.

I have no idea what is going on.

I'm going to assume this is the case of 'new member idiocy', but I'm not actually sure how this connects to the SCP canon, even after having read the previous comments on this page.
That said, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and feel it's a really interesting story about whichever nebulous force of fear it's about.
Take a look at this page, and scroll down. Open the collapsible that states "That's cute. But seriously, what's all this about?".
As stated by the canon hub:
The idea that there is no canon is a bit silly at times. It's not that we don't have any. It's that we have a multitude which touch, cross, and dip into each other. It's up to you, as the reader, to decide what you believe and what you embrace as the heart of the universe. That doesn't mean, though, that authors lack intent or design, and collaboration is the heart of innovation.
