Bleh, sounds overpowered. "It's superpowered and its superpower is making OTHER THINGS WITH SUPERPOWERS" is just a whole lot of extra power without much storyline to it. Limitations make things interesting. Something as obviously stacked in its favor as this doesn't really have much of a sense of narrative to it. Curbstomp battles have no drama.

…why? Seems like a cliche cartoon villain kind of thing to do. First similar thing I thought of was Lord Dominator from Wander Over Yonder.

If it feasts on dead things, why is it bothering to kill things? There's a lot more inorganic material than organic material in at least one galaxy we know of.
