Creative core anomaly, and Trevor's plan of exploiting it to make money off of an Onion-esque site is charmingly clever both in- and out-of-universe. I really like the first half of this.
The final note kills any entertainment momentum you had built up over the course of the whole article, stopping the story dead in its tracks in order to deliver some nonsensical 'point'. The idea that professional adults are actually affected by 'Chemotherapy is anti-feminist' in any way beyond 'amusement' or 'dismissal' (to the point of requiring an expository note about this) is almost as ridiculous as SCP-3028-2 instances themselves.
Within the note itself, this line
for one, most researchers are already subject to bigoted statements that are both aimed at their particular demographic and popular among large segments of the population, so SCP-3028's provocations do not compare
is jarringly out-of-place as far as the content of the note is concerned, at least to me, and feels almost like it was thrown in as an afterthought to try to connect the skip more to readers.
