Ladies and Gentlemen, and I use both terms loosely, and assorted other creatures, it is my pleasure to announce that as of the writing of this post, we stand at a healthy 961 SCPs. Which means only one thing:
IT'S TIME FOR ANOTHER MASS EDIT!
Dodges, dips, ducks, dives and dodges the resulting attacks from members of the Senior Staff who remember the last one. No, no, I'm just kidding, what we're actually doing is holding a contest, to see who gets the coveted number one thousand spot. The contest is simple. You have one month to write an scp, the page name should be '1000contest<yourusername,>' once you've written it, be sure to link it here, to this post, so people can see and vote upon it, and any SCPs that remain in the positive after the end of the contest, get their pick of numbers for the next thousand!
So, what theme did we end up running with for number one thousand?

PS: Hey, I forgot how voting works. Simple enough. Whoevers SCP has the highest rating at the end of the time period, gets the spot. Also, time limit? One Month, ish. All entries must be submitted by September First, at which point the Admins will decree a winner.
