I'm a big fan of clever benign anomalies in general, and this really scratches that itch. It almost seems like an allegory for the fall of movie rentals in some ways, and between that and simple nostalgia I like the feelings it evokes.

I really like these changes. It's more introspective and I feel it captures that air of nostalgia that I'm sure we all feel as we remember our childhood. I sympathize with the POI as I feel like I'm in similar spot in my life. This line hit me harder than I was expecting.

I guess I've gotten old. I've spent too much time with the executives. All work and no play, even when you gotta play to work

I'm happy to +1 this.

Should this really be considered a rewrite? The only similarity it really has with my original skip is that it's a website that lets you go to an anomalous theatre.

That said, I really did enjoy it. The testing log was fun and sweet, and Randall's speech at the end really struck home. Other people have already said what I wanted to say, so I'll shut up and give you an upvote.

However, I looked at an earlier version of the draft in your sandbox and I do think there was some wasted potential. I especially liked how in that version Randall had to get through a ton of hoops and loops to get his project approved, and became angry at the foundation for fucking it all up. Is there a particular reason you changed that? I still do like the direction you took it in.

I'm glad that you liked my skip!

I changed the ending mostly because I felt unsatisfied with it. To me, it felt dry. I feel like the new ending hits home a lot more.

This was a sweet, sad look at the creative process and how it can go from satisfying to not. I felt genuinely sympathetic with Randall. Good SCPs can make me feel real emotions for fictional people.
I especially like how the Foundation's role in the process is ambiguous.

I still think that up to the first test log, this is following the same beats as SCP-1763 (and arguably SCP-2088) but you definitely go a few steps beyond and give this its own identity with the following segments. There's definitely enough room for it to exist alongside the other articles which share parts of its general outline and structure. +1
