Pardon me for asking, but what in god's name is an SCP-EX?
Is this going to be maintained now that the contest is, I suppose, over? SCP-711-EX never got linked here. (And "here" never got linked outside of the Forums…)
Can we still write -EX SCPs, or was it just for the contest? Not going to use this one, but I'm watching my axolotl and damn if they don't just make biology go all whut? and I sort of want to take the idea of odd biology and run with it. (Like how the platypus was viewed as another mermaid, except oh wait, nope, nature is just that weird)
Edit: autocorrect hates me
SCP-EX's are open for anyone to write. However, there is a reason that there aren't more of them. Simply being odd but real isn't quite enough. It needs to have had some reason to have been considered anomalous by the standards of the Foundation or its precursors before science explained it or explained why it didn't exist.
Ok, thanks. I didn't intead to write about axolotls, watching mine just got my brain going.
I like this idea. I am thinking of writing one. It says to link it here on the ex sip page but I am new here and I guess I don't know how to do that once I write one.
I added mine. İs it ok? Please don't delete me. I was only according to old comments.
Yes. You can write a -EX and add it to the list. Make sure to get critique first though.
C-critique..? I copy-pasted it from sandbox, do I should remove it?
