Suggestions… Why not mention something about the things he writes, and how they should all be recorded or only translated by X or X personnel, or something? I'm not sure, just feel that that has to go in the description. [EDIT- er, wait, you did. Maybe go more into it, though] And unless the stuff he writes becomes significantly more dangerous, I think he's only a Safe.
Also, it could be cool if you put that part about it revealing sometimes-useful information in the description, as a bit more of a dramatic reveal, and even add parts in about him sometimes writing about containment breeches or wordly events before they happen, or… Other more significant stuff, or else, why is he an SCP?
One of the better ones to come out since the Mass Edit, though, not bad work.
Unfortunately, we've already had sources of useful information before. I think what sets this guy apart is that the information isn't particularly useful, just of bizarre origin. I like it.
I think I'd like to see a couple of dangerous texts turn up in his writings, though that's really for the log page - but I would be interesting to see how things might change if he wrote down even one example of a memetic SCP, including theories on how, exactly, he could have access to it.
Why hasn't anyone given this poor man one of the spare SCP-721 disks? Or would giving him such a high-bandwidth output method cause some sort of catastrophe?
A normal person made a high-quality hour and a half movie within ten minutes. This guy could generate much more than that, which we may not want. After all, at least one of his things was seizure-inducing, and another was coding designed to [DATA EXPUNGED].

I must say I am quite fond of this one! The concept itself is interesting and the log makes it even better (and hilarious at times). The poor guy does write about everything… Upvoted.
