I think we need to remove the extra bit about it making people sick. This could be more interesting fi the focus was on disturbing imagery in the mural itself, also needs some explanation of how it moves around, like from room to room or what have you, annd something about how it changes paint style.
My idea had been that the induced illness is how it reproduces.
How so? The sick person's precious bodily fluids are altered in the direction of watercolor and acrylic paints of various pigments, are vomited out, and promptly soak into whatever they land on (this is, I hope, sufficiently clear from the description). The [DATA EXPUNGED] sections outline the metamorphosis of the Pollock-esque splatters into a new wild mural.
Concept needs either a total rewrite or deletion.
Can't say this one appeals to me much. I just don't see what's there- so it's a picture, so what? The article hints at a lot (changing images, moving around) but is short on details where it counts. Also, the sickness part doesn't really make sense.
Downvoted.
Man. I rather like this one, too… :(
Barring a rewrite, and I would far, far, far rather have a rewrite, suggesting deletion at -6.
Eh, I'll do a rewrite. I don't have anything in mind yet, but I'm sure I'll think of something. I'll definitely have it done within a week. I am open to suggestions/requests.
Alright, I wrote something up here: http://pastebin.com/7m0VxE4F. I felt like, more than anything, the concept could use some expansion, along with a change of effect.
Does this seem good enough to post to anyone?
