I thought the 15/5 entry was a bit much, but otherwise I like it. We don't get enough stories where the Foundation is clever and competent.
Removed the supplement tag as tales can't be supplements to SCP articles. They can absolutely tie into them, but the supplement tag denotes an in-universe supplement.

Aren't these in-universe documents? Specifically a victim's journal and a containment operation log?
ETA: I think all this needs is an in-universe title if the author wants it as a supplement.
Apologies for the tags. I'll leave them alone from now on… I got clued in on chat about how I shouldn't do that :(
The 15th/05 entry is really starting to get on my nerves, so I'll remove it. I hope people reconsider if that was the reason for their downvotes.
This seems like a really straightforward repetition of the same information that is in the SCP article, from Bourne's POV, and then a third repetition from the Agent's POV. Is there anything here that is new? At the very least the Agent's log seems entirely redundant, and quite boring. No-vote, because this isn't bad, just not interesting.
The agent's report is a way of saying to the viewer that they tried a new tactic for containment… to lure infected in with a real life Vic Stanley Country Club. I thought it was a clever idea to try out.
Is it not clear enough what's going on?

This was already in Bourne's journal; as far as I can tell the agent's log just restates the exact same information in a less interesting way (expository instead of elided).

No, it is quite clear, which is why the agent's log is entirely redundant.
This is competently done, but there's not really a hook to grab me. I don't regret reading it, but there's nothing here that couldn't be gained from just reading the SCP, either.
Null vote.
