This appeals to the history buff in me.
Because MC&D agents squeal like babies, and CotBG members aren't much for sanity anyway.
It's implied that they can use it on anyone to be interrogated, but mentioning them specifically provides better mental imagery. I like it.
OMG I love this one!! This SCP is actually believable, due to the detail put into it!
And finally, for once, the mental disorder makes sense, unlike the usual SCP where it magically induces insanity just because.
This makes me happy.
Hmm, I think you'd be less affected by it after several trips through. The magic number of 5-7 doses feels slightly artificial to me, as does the specification of "permanent insanity". I do like this very much, though.
A bit late to the party, but, I don't suppose this was inspired by the phrase 'Die with your boots on'?
In my mind, this is the definition of a "not excellent, but solid" SCP. It's what comes to mind whenever I want to use that phrase.

The basic concept isn't particularly original, then again I am rather fond of execution (no pun intended). In other words, what Scantron's said.
Damn… What a haunting, terrifying idea. And they're asking Foundation personnel to volunteer for that?
This is really good. +1
Dang, I like the idea behind this one (the boots from the saying "dying with your boots on" being an SCP and combining that with WWI) but the execution is kind of dull.
Wouldn't this work better if the experience delved more into the true horror of WWI? Slowly bleeding out after multiple bayonet stabs is certainly a terrible way to go, but WWI has so much more to offer. Gas weapons, explosive, high calibre automated weapons basically sawing people in half, there's lots you can do.
Now, I'm not saying to make it into a gorefest, but as it stands at the very least the terror experienced by the subject or the colonel who originally owned the boots are far too underplayed. Making the experience more intricate and describing it in greater detail would go a long way towards making this one work.
That being said, right now this will be a -1 for me.
