What are all the GOI number designations? For example, I know that the Church of the Broken God is GOI-004, but I'm not sure about the other ones.
Does the Foundation use codenames for the GOIs? I know the GOC does.
As far I'm aware, GOI and POI designations are not official (Reason you don't see them in the GOI page). Actually, not all of the mayor GOIs were given a designation yet.
There're too few examples, but as far as we know the Shark Punching Center just use SPC-XXX.
And the "SPC" isn't refer to the shark, it's either stand for Shark Punching Commands, or Shark Punching Contingencies.

That isn't what the OP is asking, but rather what code number does the Foundation assign to the SPC (or whatever).

That said, while Nobody is usually thought of to be an individual, it is not proven to be so. It could be a collective of people who use the identity of "Nobody".

Could we perhaps stick a comprehensive list somewhere on the GOI page?
I'd like to see that myself. I know the "attempting to make anything quasi-canon is witchcraft" people would hate it, but I like when little details like that get shared between tales and articles, sort of like the MTFs.
As author of a (German) GOI I gave my Group the code GoI-1995-DE, but it has the DE suffix, so it don't fit so good in your list.

For the record, I don't necessarily think that the Chicago Spirit is the first group the Foundation encountered, but rather was their greatest threat at the time the GOI numerical terminology was put in place.

This is neat! You could basically post this as a comprehensive list for the Guide Hub, make it collaborative.
I agree with Petrograd.
My only concern about that list is that the GoI-096 had a name : it's "SAPPHIRE" and some other works in the Main Branch involve this GoI.
But this is a really good list and this is not an illisible thing. So, I think you could follow Petro' advice.
