Elevator Pitch: The SCP itself is a spontaneously manifesting area in which randomness is a lot more likely. Every time this manifests, a floating, telekinetic "Boltzmann Brain"(look it up, it's a really cool read) materializes in. the article mainly focuses on the brain and interviews with it, as by random chance, it always has the same personality. It seems to be in control, or at least be spared by, the relative chaos around it.

Central Narrative: The brain has a destructive, overconfident, and ironically idiotic personality. When active, anything can happen.

Hook/Attention-Grabber: The main draw is how a organization bent on order and containment is met with what seems to be an elemental of pure chaos and discord.

Personally I think this deserves a greenlight, In my head it is pitch perfect and I like to imagine a floating brain talking lol. If you can just explain what a Boltzmann Brain is in the article. I think it'll be pretty successful.

Can you be more specific about what you liked about the premise, and why (the bulk of the content here is more than just the imagery of a floating talking brain)? If other reviewers recommend major edits, what do you think should be kept for sure?

…does this mean that you didn't look up what a Boltzmann Brain was before you reviewed this? What level of explanation would the author need to give in the article to make it approachable to readers in general? (While SCP articles are written for the usual scientific journal-audience "naive reader", usually explanations of certain terms shouldn't need more than a footnote to provide background.)
