Elevator Pitch: SCP- is a label whose labels transfigure the object they are stuck according to what was written on the label.

EX:
Item: Green Baseball Hat
Label: Blue
Result: Blue baseball hat

Hook/Attention-Grabber: It is a label maker that can change things based what is written on the label.

Additional Notes:
I want this SCP to have an in page experiment log and in page recovery report, I am also planning to put a image I found on the CC search in the page. I have written a rough draft but I want to get green lights so I can post it.

Also how many green lights do you need before you can submit a draft?

Your anomaly is simple enough! It’s interesting and would catch my attention. However, I’m going to need more from you about what this article will look like. What will you explore about this label maker? What will make it interesting for me to read? What story does this label maker enable you to tell? Where did it come from? Why does it do this? These are the things that need to be in your proposal because these are important for an author to know (even if you don’t put them directly in the article).

You need 2 green lights to post a draft thread. I don’t recommend jumping into the draft phase because the idea phase is super important to go through!

Well I was thinking that It could be a Dr. Wondertainment Prometheus Labs Label Maker. My idea was that the foundation recovered it from a hospital where an intern stuck the label "18 Gauge Syringes" on the box of "30 Gauge Syrniges" and they grew larger, he then reports it to his superior who is a foundation operative undercover at the hospital who than requested containment of the object, and then amnesiacs were delivered, MTF teams called in, and it was sent to a heavy containment facility. I was thinking that the hospital needed an extra labelmaker and bought one for cheap from Prometheus Labs before it shut down and the foundation was unable to recover it. No ever used the label maker until the clumsy intern broke the regular one and used the backup. When I wrote my draft I thought that the containment procedures would have to be pretty crazy because if a escaping Class-D got their hands on this they could become extremely powerful. Something I want to do is write an experiment log detailing the foundation exploring the upper limits of the label makers power and leave it ambiguous to the reader what would happen next and leave it up to their imagination of what the foundation would do with this powerful device. I also wanted the foundation to modify it to prevent security breaches like installing a outer shell to lock it in case of emergency and I thought that would be a new and cool idea of the foundation modifying an SCP to be more safe. I also added a line at the end of the list of the mods in my draft saying that if anything is abnormal about the SCP then the modifications are to be removed because these anomalies just like SCP-1609 are unpredictable and wanted to remind the reader of that. Something important is that the SCP is in two parts, SCP-_-1 and SCP—2, the first part is the label maker and it is a non anomalous label maker other than the actual printing mechanism which, when used with normal label printing material prints out normal labels, but when used with the second part the second part printed out of the first part will create the anomaly. If the second part is used with a normal label maker it will print normal labels but also dwindle. If it is used in the first part it will not only exhibit anomalous qualities but also be infinite, however many labels you print out it will keep printing them.
I was going to make it a Wondertainment label maker but I think Prometheus Labs would be good. I need to redo my image now :(.

This feels…like a very Series 1 style test log setup (see e.g. SCP-294) coupled with an anomaly that feels kinda reminiscent of stuff like SCP-1539; and at the end of the day, I'm just left wondering what's interesting about this?

Like, it's a thing where you can put stuff on a label and put the label on something else to change the something else into a different thing; and that's like, just not inherently interesting? It could be made interesting but I'm not sure how you're intending doing that?

My advice here is: don't do a test log; they're a very old school style of writing SCPs because they're very reliant on the effects of the SCP being inherently interesting whereas usually it's easier to write a SCP where what the Foundation does with it is more interesting.

Which brings me to my big thing here: you really gotta do more with this. Why does it's existence matter? What does it mean the foundation has to do? You mention Prometheus Labs made it: how do they tie in here? Are they just offhandedly mentioned? or is their interaction with the Foundation the key that underpins this?

Well, I think they could do some interesting things with it. It seems pretty powerful. I have 2 ideas. The first one being that Prometheus Labs in its decline sells it and Marshell, Carter, And Dark LTD offer to buy for a large price and the SCP Foundation steps in and appeals to them but they are declining so they want the money, or something. My other idea was that the SCP Foundation in desperation during a containment breach contacted 05 and got clearance for cross usage with another SCP and used the label "Contained" on it. However the label mixed up with the anomalous properties of the SCP and caused problems. The main thing I want to do is for it to be like a kiniving genie and have adverse affects when not specified. I don't want this to be like 914 where it has a limited concienous in the affects. I want it to be semi-unpridactable where what you write can not be what you wanted if you are not sepific enough. I think a character limit of 30 characters would cause a limit to its abilities and a good aspect. Considering you can't be super sepeifc with that limit.

E.G.
Label: Not Hungry

Subject: Hungry Person

Result: The person thinks their not hungry but is and it doesn't cure the hunger.

I thought this would give it a good angle as well as creating the question of what risk is the foundation going to take to use this anomaly for the greater good.
