Genre: Horror/Emotional (maybe?)
Elevator Pitch: A floating "elephant" head that leaves notes that seem to have no meaning. Here's an example.
HI THERE FRIEND
ELEPHANT FRIEND
LOOK AT ME
PERHAPS IT WAS
MEANT TO END
ELEPHANT FRIEND
These notes are varied, but what seems to be apparent is their clear lack of meaning… until the Foundation discovers that the first letter of every line spells out a message. I have a few ideas for the meaning of the notes, most of them involving the murder and reincarnation of a person, but I've already done that for another SCP (SCP-5339) so I'd rather not. I'm open to suggestions.
Central Narrative: The notes left by the SCP and the eventual realization of the message behind them
Hook/Attention-Grabber: Spooky images are my specialty, so that should be a pretty good hook. The bold letters, while given some narrative meaning, should also drive the reader in as a sort of false-cheeriness that SCP readers have grown to love.
