Seeking Greenlights: Yes
Page Type: SCP Article
Elevator Pitch: Regular desktop keyboard; when typed upon, user sees the letters/words typed. After too much use; the user no longer sees regularly; but instead sees objects as words. i.e. a door would be seen as "WOOD" or "METAL" in letters the size of the door.
Central Narrative: Various Class-D personnel undergoing exposure to this SCP to various degrees. One Class-D will undergo the full effects, and be brought to a cross-test with another SCP [Unknown as of yet] that is invisible to the human eye. Documentation of this final test will be heavily REDACTED. This SCP's containment zone started off as being in an empty, 2mx3m room, but after a series of testing, was moved to a 5mx4m room decorated as an ordinary work office.
Class-D's effected by this SCP will be used by researchers to identify a series of other SCP's within the given facility. These reports, however, will not yield as much information as the researchers hope. Any document that does have 'answers' will be locked behind Level-4 clearance. There will be a document detailing a researcher's wish to bring a Class-D affected by this SCP outside of the facility in order to assist Mobile Task Force teams in the location and retrieval of anomalous objects.
Hook/Attention-Grabber: Being able to see the world in a new light. Being able to see things broken down to their fundamentals. Seeing what things truly are. Is that not part of what the Foundation seeks to achieve? Understanding?
Additional Notes: This SCP was found located in the storage room of a government facility located in [REDACTED] by a government employee who's keyboard broke.
