Elevator Pitch: The object is a stuffed sheep that carries around a miniature short-sword. The item is seemingly alive and can move around at will. The sheep often talks about its adventures in the dreams of others, fighting monsters and helping out. The plushy narrates "bed-time stories" to those who wish, these stories can help insomniacs fall asleep as well. In children who have night-terrors and sleep paralysis the sheep says he fights the monsters off, with confirmation of the children,as they claim they saw him do it.
Central Narrative: In short the sheep is a calm, gentle plushy who recounts stories of the monsters he's slain. The document has one short interview with the sheep as he tells some of his stories, it would be cute if the interviewers got a bit sleepy on the job as well. The sheep is the personal belonging of a young boy who had some pretty severe nightmares and was diagnosed with insomnia early in life. When he was young his mom gave him this sheep to help him sleep at night, little did he know it actually was anomalous. His mom eventually finds out, gets freaked out a bit and the foundation is eventually contacted.
Hook/Attention-Grabber: The story ends with the unfortunate reality that the boy and his mom have to be anesthetized and forget the sheep because of the sheep's abilities. The sheep and the kid hug it out and the story ends. But not before the boy gives the bear an image of the two to remember.
