As far as I know, ACS doesn't show up in the preview when you first insert it onto the page. The code looks correct, so just hit save and it should work.

Sandbox 3 recently incorporated a template system that, if selected, automatically inputs the basic SCP format into the edit window.

You've entered the ACS correctly. Just remove everything after it.
