If your plan is to have two separate articles that are interconnected, I'd personally discourage it. Crosslinks, in of themselves, are often polarizing due to them being misused. They should provide an addition to an article, enhancing its effect, rather than being central to the article's identity.
Like Purplayoss mentioned, SCPs that are necessary for each other should be classified as a singular SCP in a single article. If you're really assured on the two SCPs format, then take care that each article stands on its own, and can be an endearing narrative experience without the other.
