How do I write two SCP ideas that are both involved with each other do I post them in the same thread, or should I put a link for the other SCP in the thread.

If the two anomalies have specific effects in regards to each other or are necessary for the activation of a joint anomaly, then they should not be two different SCPs and should instead be part of the same SCP (maybe designated -A and -B). If they are two anomalies that share similar origins or tie into each other's themes, then they can probably be posted as two different SCPs with links to the other.

Adding on to what Purplayoss said.

If your plan is to have two separate articles that are interconnected, I'd personally discourage it. Crosslinks, in of themselves, are often polarizing due to them being misused. They should provide an addition to an article, enhancing its effect, rather than being central to the article's identity.

Like Purplayoss mentioned, SCPs that are necessary for each other should be classified as a singular SCP in a single article. If you're really assured on the two SCPs format, then take care that each article stands on its own, and can be an endearing narrative experience without the other.
