After looking at how well Iceberg has turned out (after being somewhat shanghaied into being my lab assistant), i think other people should have the same opportunity.
Senior Staff can now, if they choose, adopt a willing Junior Staff member. You'll basically be their mentor, and help guide them on the path of not writing horribly.
Junior staff should run new ideas past their…i guess you would say supervisors. Ask questions, and find out if something is a bad idea BEFORE a messy decommissioning. Test out your "personnel file", and find out if it's a horrible self-insert or just stupid, BEFORE your photo is replaced with the "SEX man".
Just trying a experiment, to see if this helps with the overall quality of new submissions. Be aware, this does not mean, in any way, shape, or form, that you will not be tortured by your supervisor, co-workers, or anyone else…only that you have a slightly better chance of making things that will not be deleted/decommissioned. These "adoptions" can be In-universe, like Iceberg's was, or just a informal agreement.
