Page Layout (Optional): It starts with the central idea of the first SCP and its three states, stated in order. The interview logs and test logs are at the end of the document.
Elevator Pitch: The SCP is a bear, standing 1.5 meters tall, that has a few anomalous abilities. It has extreme speed and strength can disrupt camera equipment and can bring you to its own dimension. It has three states, dormant, active, and hostile. In its dormant state, it stays still and doesn't hurt you. In its active state, it walks sound and can talk at a 6-year-old level. In its hostile state, it can bring you to its own dimension where it will torture you! Like a mix between 106 and 1048 with a few of my own ideas :D
Central Narrative: It was found in a home after a kid got it for Christmas. The entire family died. Since then, it has been tested on a Class-D, who managed to survive the experience and gave the Foundation. This is really all I have to say about the storyline.
Hook/Attention-Grabber: The three states [Dormant, Active, and Hostile] differ from most SCP's. Also, the fact that this SCP tortures you, like Pinhead, is very interesting. The interview logs are hilarious too, and they have some informality.
