The scp itself is a strange, futuristic fountain.
If the fountain’s water touches something that isn’t “alive”, the water spreads to fully surround it. It then begins to become more viscous, eventually forming a flesh like substance, which expands to form a creature with a similar level of intelligence to the object. This often results in mindless, fleshy blobs, but if anything with some level of artificial intelligence resides within the object, generally resulting in the formation of insect like creatures.
When an alive creature is exposed to it, the water will seek to repair anything wrong (illness, injury) with it, and regress age.
However, in specific instances, the bodies will be repaired using cells not affiliated with any species.
The log would detail how this was discovered in several d class tested on, and that the rare unknown cells introduced to the body would gradually take it over, eventually becoming different creatures entirely.
An interview with one of these creatures reveals that they had planted the fountain in the medieval times to take control of the world’s leaders by spreading rumours of the “fountain of youth”, but since nobody found it earth was forgotten by their species.
