Overall
I love your work. I've said it several times, and I'll stand by it. It's rare for me to read fiction that makes me question my own capacity to understand what's going on and actually enjoy it. I read your pieces and I sometimes wonder if I'm just not smart enough to understand it. The things you write stretch my mind in ways that I never expect, and that's a real pleasure.
That being said, I think that some of our readers might not enjoy it as much. I think that the level at which you write will be a turn off for some readers that aren't particularly interested in the really hard SciFi, and I think the best that you can hope for from those is a no-vote. Likely the density will provoke a downvote purely because the reader doesn't understand the point you're trying to make.
I support this decision overall, but it is something to keep in mind if you're wanting mass-appeal as opposed to a niche readership. I know which one I'd prefer, but that's a personal choice and I'll not advise either way.

Period/Capitalization error.
We discussed the Latin at length in the chat, and for the sake of all the people that won't care at all, I'll not include that conversation here. I also highly doubt that the effort required to make this translation 100% correct isn't worth it since neither of us are latin scholars, and I doubt many of our readers are either.
Aside from those minor errors, I didn't see anything else.
Consistency/Flow
All sets have been genetically identical to one another despite occasional presentation of significant morphological differences.
I understand that this means that each instance in each set matches their analog in the next set, but I believe that it could be written in a way that doesn't sound like all members of the set are genetically identical to each other.
Consider:
"Each individual within a set has been genetically identical to their corresponding analog in each previous set, despite…"
Previous manifestations of SCP-5000-1 have categorically refused to cooperate with attempts at interview. SCP-5000-1.41-A, -B, and -C have granted interviews to containment personnel.
This is unclear. If previous iterations refused to provide any sort of interview, this seems wildly out of form.
Consider:
"While previous manifestations of SCP-5000-1 have categorically refused to cooperate with attempts at interview, the members of set SCP-5000-1.41 have all consented to being interviewed by containment personnel. It is unclear, even from the interviews, why this particular iteration agreed to cooperate." Or something similar.
Instead, their bodies deteriorate rapidly after contact, dissolving to dust entirely after approximately five ‘minutes’ based on accounts.
I don't understand why the "human" bodies specifically reduce to dust. If it's a time thing, shouldn't everything that the explorers touch reduce similarly? Also, if they're just constructs, that could be a reason, but… it just seems like gratuitous addition of unnecessary destruction.
(celebrants? They seem almost happy about it.)
I believe this would best be served as a footnote, since it breaks the clinical tone of the report.
Closing Remarks
I am very much looking forward to reading what happens next. I know that this is all spiraling towards a grand reveal, and I am quite excited. I consider it a singular pleasure that I became active on the site at the moment you chose to return. It is a blessing that I am distinctly grateful for.
