This SCP idea is about a man that’s so un-anomalous that anomalies cannot interact with him, making him more anomalous than the actual anomalies. There is no anomaly that can interact with him, he can be around them, see them etc, but when he is there the anomalous effects of those anomalies are cancelled out by the guy’s anomalous ability of being too un-anomalous, just like how destructive interference works, which is when the maxima of two waves are 180 degrees out of phase, meaning a positive displacement of one wave is cancelled exactly by a negative displacement of the other wave, therefore the amplitude of the resulting wave is then zero. The man is on the other end of the spectrum to those that have anomalies, he's so normal and mundane that his mere presence stops any anomalous property, but because of that he is not normal (or too normal) and therefore still classed as an anomaly by the Foundation
He is to be contained within a 3 metre by 3 metre containment cell and is to be given all the necessary needs of an average human, such as; showers, bed, food, water etc. He is to be kept in a 30 metre radius from any SCP as to not cancel out their abilities.
He is Caucasian with straight black hair, dark brown eyes, an average height of 172cm and weight of about 176lbs. He has an arrange of simple plain clothes with no brands and simple colours, he is calm, polite not too intelligent but not too stupid, approachable and friendly.
