This SCP would be an entity that feeds on high level reality bending humans in a manner that is never quite explained but results in the victim dying and having their neocortex, amygdala, pineal gland, and most of their liver removed but the victim otherwise intact. However, the Foundation is only vaguely aware of its existence due to the entity also possessing anti-memetic properties which make it impossible to record or remember seeing and any attempts to use mnestics to see it results in the viewer dying via having their visual cortex and medulla oblongata removed.
There is a LOT to take in right off the bat here. So, this parasite feeds on high-level reality benders. What qualifies something as "high-level"? Why does it consume their liver, as well as parts of their brains? Why can't they stop it if they can literally control reality?
The whole antimemetic thing seems like you're piling too many abilities into one thing.
The Foundation is not entirely in the dark though as reality benders whom are targeted by the entity experience a lot of anxiety, paranoia, and eventually weakening of their powers as well as unusual fluctuations in Hume levels. There is also a table of its victims and where they were and a semi-corrupted incident log in which a suspected reality bending PoI was brought in and targeted by the entity but it gets briefly exposed when a Scranton Reality Anchor is turned on resulting in a brief glimpse of it but that's where the log corrupts.
Doesn't all reality bending create "unusual fluctuations in Hume levels"? The whole thing with the corrupted incident log seems a bit odd as well, like, you seem to be falling back on "reality benders are involved" to just have whatever you want to happen in here. This is also going to require a whole lot of references to other SCPs, which makes it hard for an SCP to stand on its own two feet.
Another bit of evidence is a GOC document detailing their semi-discovery of it and subsequent failed attempt to destroy it. The GOC in turn source another document, that being a Daevite "tablet" made of mystically preserved flesh that brings the whole thing into focus.
How did they almost discover it? This thing seems damn hard to track down. Physically speaking, how big even is this parasite?
The Daevite "tablet" reveals that the entity emerged either after the passing of a comet or a failed ritual (they aren't sure which) and even managed to cause one of their city-states to fall into chaos after it fed on a Daeva. So one of the Daeva volunteered to take several slaves and a device of their own design to lure the entity out west. During their journey, they encountered The Kingdom of Abaddon whom the Daeva unleashed upon them but due to the number of high class reality benders, the Kingdom was able to contain it. That was until the Foundation used the "Twins of God" to destroy them which unleashed it and now, as the dates and locations of the abridged list of instances implies, its making its way to resting place of the "Twins of God" and feed upon them. I was thinking its ultimate goal might be to use the power gained from them to reproduce but I wasn't quite sure if I'd be able to fit that in.
WHOOOOOOOOOF BABY. This is where I run into the most issues. It seems to me that nobody without a substantial amount of SCPverse knowledge is going to have any idea what's going on here. You have now referenced "several high-level reality benders", the GOC, a -001 proposal, and the Daevites. How are you going to involve these elements in a way that isn't going to require the reader to have all this other knowledge? Imagine that you're writing a book in the Star Wars universe - are you going to want your readers to go off and read books that other people wrote just so they can understand the references in yours?
The barebones idea of something that can screw with the mental states of nearly godlike entities is interesting, but you really need to find some ways to make this stand on its own, and with the sheer number of connections to other things on the wiki, I feel like you're going to have a lot of work to do just for that.
