I thought it'd be pretty interesting for interaction purposes, with how vaguely 'love' or 'infatuation' can be defined or how it affects different people differently.

Not necessarily a bad thing! I actually don't mind it, though it could use some cleanup. Yes, there are tone issues, but they're not that awful (to me, at least).
