From the outside, it appears to be a plain 12 room, 3 story Victorian Era home. However, on the inside it is a cavernous mansion of unknown size with rooms made of many different materials, and while all the rooms bare a resemblance to some room that would typically be found in a home. For the most part the rooms are contorted beyond normal standards. The other property it has that makes it anomalous is that the closest person is compelled to continue construction on the house. They may be compelled to purchase materials or tools to build with, and will be driven to attempt to overcome whatever obstacle inhibits them from continuing their work. There is no known maximum range for which the house can compel someone to work on the house.
